September 19th (Saturday) Car Wash Fundraiser/Competition Cancelled but will be re-scheduled
October 3rd (Saturday) Concert Choir Retreat at Amy Newell’s House. Time TBA (Afternoon)
October 10th (Saturday) Fanfare Choir Retreat Time and Place TBA (Mid-Morning)
October- late in month Concert Choir Field Trip to Point Loma Nazarene University(school day)
November (end of month) Concert Choir Caroling
December 4th (Friday) Dress Rehearsal for Winter Concert
After Period 7 (minimum day) 1:00-4:00PM
December 5th (Saturday) Winter Choir Concert- West Hills Performing Arts Center, 7:00 p.m.- call time 6:00 p.m.
February(end of month) All Choir Benefit and Solo Ensemble Concert (Time and place TBA)
April 22nd-25th Concert Choir Overnight Trip/ Festival to San Francisco (this is tentative still, will be finalized asap)
June 3rd (Thursday) Choir Concert Dress Rehearsal after 7th Period 3:00-6:00PM
June 4 (Friday.) Choir Concert- West Hills Performing Arts Center, 7:00 p.m.- call time is 6:00 p.m.
*Festivals, trips/tours, choir retreats, rehearsals, and performances will be made final as soon as possible and may be scheduled during the year with at minimum of two weeks notice given. Please know that you will be held accountable to these dates as well. As stated in the syllabus, they are mandatory unless you are severely ill, or have a school or religious conflict*
